Abstract
DISPOSITIVO MÃDICO COM UM REVESTIMENTO LUBRIFICANTE COM UM COMPOSTO HIDROFÃLICO EM UMA REDE INTERLIGADAUm dispositivo médico que possui um revestimento lubrificante em pelo menos uma seção do dispositivo médico e um método de revestimento de um dispositivo médico, sendo o revestimento lubrificante aplicado sobre um revestimento iniciador, que é diretamente aplicado ao dispositivo médico. O revestimento pode incluir um ou mais agentes que proporcionam maior aderência do revestimento sobre o dispositivo. O revestimento lubrificante pode ser uma rede de um composto hidrofÃlico reticulado a si próprio e interligado com uma rede de um monômero ou polÃmero multifuncional polimerizado reticulado. Além disso, o revestimento lubrificante pode ser proporcionado com um ou mais agentes terapêuticos ou de diagnóstico e, em uma concretização, o agente elui de forma relativamente rápida numa versão concentrada do revestimento lubrificante após hidratação do revestimento.
