RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "NANOPARTÍCULAS À BASE DE LIPÍDIOS". A presente invenção refere-se às composições de nanopartículas à base de lipídios. As composições geralmente compreendem conjugados de lipídio-polímero hidrofílico-ligando fixador de amiloide, e podem ser composições lipossômicas. As composições, incluindo as composições lipossômicas, podem ser úteis para o imageamento e/ou o tratamento de depósitos de placas ?-amiloides característicos do mal de Alzheimer.
