RESUMOPatente de invenção: "FORMA CRISTALINA VII DA AGOMELATINA, MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO E USO DO MESMO E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA CONTENDO O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma nova forma cristalina VII da agomelatina, o seu método de preparação, aplicação e composição farmacêutica. Esta nova forma cristalina oferece a alta pureza, uma estrutura cristalina estável e a boa reprodutibilidade, enquanto o seu método da produção se empresta bem à produção de grande escala. Quanto a estabilidade e pureza, é superior às formas cristalinas numerosas que foram até aqui informadas. Por conseguinte, a forma cristalina VII da presente invenção possui vantagens na preparação farmacêutica.
