Abstract
RESUMOPatente de Invenção: "COMPOSIÇÃO DE SAL COM TEOR DE SÓDIO REDUZIDO". A presente invenção leva em conta uma redução na quantidade de cloreto de sódio aplicada a um produto alimentício, sem adversamente afetar o sabor do produto alimentício. Partículas de cloreto de sódio com uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula bimodal são combinadas com partículas de outro sal comestível com um pico de distribuição de tamanho de partícula que se situa entre os picos bimodais das partículas de cloreto de sódio. Desta maneira, quaisquer sabores estranhos apresentados pelo outro sal comestível são mascarados pelos sabores salgados de cloreto de sódio puro iniciais e finais fornecidos pela composição.
