Para uma melhora cognitiva eficaz do usuário que executará uma atividade cognitiva, o dispositivo proposto compreende uma unidade de luz (31) para prover uma estimulação de luz imperceptÃvel ao usuário, e uma unidade de controle (32) para controlar a dita unidade de luz (31) para prover a dita estimulação menos que 5 segundos antes da execução de uma atividade cognitiva pelo usuário.
