Abstract
PRÉ-MISTURA PARA UMA MISTURA DE ALIMENTOS FORTIFICADOSA presente invenção refere-se a uma pré-mistura de vitamina, mineral e enzima para uma mistura alimentar fortificada compreendendo uma alfa-amilase e uma glucoamilase para aumentar o conteúdo de energia, reduzir a viscosidade, e melhorar o sabor de um mingau preparado a partir da dita mistura alimentar fortificada. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a uma mistura alimentar fortificada de alta energia compreendendo uma pré-mistura de vitamina, mineral e enzima a partir da qual um mingau de alta energia, baixa viscosidade e saboroso pode ser preparado. Também refere-se a uma forma de preparo de mingau a partir da mistura alimentar fortificada de acordo com a presente invenção.
