A presente invenção refere-se à composições flavorizantes compreendendo uma mistura de compostos refrescantes compreendendo mentol e uma mentano carboxamida selecionada de N-(4-cianometilfenil)-p-mentano carboxamida, 2-isopropil-5-metil-N-(2-(piridin-4-il)etil)ciclo-hexano carboxamida, ou uma mistura de N-(4-cianometilfenil)-p-mentano carboxamida e 2-isopropil-5-metil-N-(2-(piridin-4-il)etil)ciclo-hexano carboxamida, em que a quantidade total de mentano carboxamida é de cerca de 0,1 a 10%.
