Abstract
PROCESSO, E, COMPOSIÇÃO A presente invenção refere-se a uma dispersão aquosa de polímero de T~g~ baixa encapsulador de partículas de TiO~2~e a um processo para preparar a dispersão. O polímero encapsulador é um polímero de acrilato, um copolímero de estireno-acrilato, ou um copolímero de de vinila-(met) acrilato, ou uma combinação dos mesmos, e o polímero encapsulador adicionalmente contém unidades de estirenossulfonato de sódio. A presente invenção fornece partículas de TiO~2~ encapsuladas por polímero baixo em gel que é formador de filme em temperaturas ambientes, especialmente para aplicações de revestimento.
