Abstract

Resumo"MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE CARFENTRAZONA-ETÍLICA" Um método de preparação de carfentrazona-etílica compreende asetapas de: reagir 1-(5-amino-4-cloro-2-fluorofenil)-4-difluorometil-3-metil-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ona com ácido acrílico, através de uma reação dearilação diazo para se obter o ácido 2-cloro-3-[2-cloro-5-[4-(difluorometil)-4,5-diidro-3-metil-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il]-4-fluorofenil]-propiônico e reagindo o ácido 2-cloro-3-[2-cloro-5-[4-(difluorometil)-4,5-diidro-3-metil-5-oxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-il]-4-fluorofenil]-propiônico com etanol através de uma reação de esterificaçãona presença de um catalisador ácido para gerar carfentrazona-etílica.
