Abstract
SISTEMA DE REALIZAÇÃO DE CIRURGIA DA COLUNA VERTEBRAL.Um método e um sistema de fusão percutânea para corrigir compressão discal são apresentados. O método compreende diversas etapas ? por exemplo, inserção de um implante intercorporal lombar percutâneo; posicionamento de fios-guias para cada parafuso da face articular a ser implantado; realização de artrodese da face articular em preparação para os parafusos da face articular; fixação da pluralidade de parafusos da face articular; e opcionalmente realização de descompressão de raiz nervosa de forame ou central. O sistema inclui um implante, um instrumento deinserção canulado alongado e uma trava axial alongada posicionada dentro do instrumento de inserção.
