Abstract
APARELHO DE LIMPEZA DE GRÃOS DE CEIFEIRA-DEBULHADORA A presente invenção se refere a uma ceifeira-debulhadora que compreende uma esteira de debulhador oscilante (128; 228; 328) para transportar um fluxo de grãos/debulho para trás para a borda posterior de onde o fluxo de grãos/debulho cai sob a gravidade em uma unidade de limpeza (148; 248; 348). A unidade de limpeza, ou sapata, inclui pelo menos uma esteira de vibração (150; 250; 350; 151; 251; 351), sobre a qual o fluxo de grãos/debulho cai. A unidade de limpeza que compreende um ventilador (52) para gerar uma corrente de ar de limpeza, que é direcionada através do fluxo de grãos/debulho que cai. A esteira de limpeza, quando em uso, é dotada de uma superfície de amortecimento para amortecer o salto dos grãos que caem sobre a mesma. Em um exemplo, a superfície de amortecimento é dotada de uma folha de borracha (284; 288).
