Abstract
MICROBOMBA OU MICROVÁLVULA NORMALMENTE DESATIVADA.Trata-se de uma microválvula para uso em um biossensor, um dispositivo microfluído, uso de tal dispositivo e um elemento microfluídico. Os biossensores são usados para detecção de moléculas e/ou íons, tais como proteína, fármaco, DNA, RNA, hormônio, glicose, insulina, enzima, fungo, bactéria, etc., em uma amostra biológica. O sensor pode ser usado para aplicação de diagnóstico, mas, por exemplo, também fármacos, sejam terapêuticos ou abusivos podem ser detectados, por exemplo, no sangue, urina e saliva.
