Abstract
ANTÃGENO TRIPLETO PARA TREPONEMA PALLIDUM. A presente invenção refere-se a um construto de antÃgeno tripleto para Treponema pallidum que inclui três antÃgenos de Treponema pallidum (TP15, TP17 e TP47), assim como uma sequência de iniciação de dez aminoácidos (etiqueta 261) e dismutase de superóxido de cobre-zinco humana (hSOD). Esse construto é otimizado para diagnóstico in vitro de infecção por sÃfilis. Também são revelados plasmÃdeos contendo DNA que codificam o antÃgeno tripleto, células hospedeiras, métodos de produção, métodos de detecção e kits.
