Abstract
PROTEÇÃO CONTRA RETROCESSO DE CHAMA A presente invenção refere-se a uma proteção contra retrocesso de chama, com uma barreira de chama (8, 8', 21) cilíndrica, montada em uma parede (6 6'), que se separa uma área vulnerável (13) de uma área externa (15), com uma superfície de seção transversal que apresenta uma infindade de fendas de passagem, e uma altura que define o comprimento das fendas de passagem, bem como, com um lado inferior (9) direcionado para a área vulnerável (13), e um lado superior (16) direcionado para a área externa (15), caracterizada pelo fato de que, a barreira de chama (8,8', 21) está inserida em uma abertura (7, 7') correspondente da barreira de chama (8, 8', 21), e se projeta através da parede (6, 6') com, pelo menos, um quinto de sua altura para dentro da área externa (15)
