Um circuito em ponte (400) conecta eletricamente o enrolamento (12) a uma carga (13). De acordo com a invenção, o circulo em ponte (400) inclui um dispositivo capacitor (401, 402), o qual é adaptado para obter ressonância com a impedância do enrolamento (12).
