Abstract
MÉTODOS DE MPCR PARA ANÁLISE DE SEQUÊNCIAS DE REPETIÇÃO. São providos métodos para determinação do estado de metilação de moldes ricos em GC. Os métodos incluem uso de padrões de referência GC que permitem caracterização simultânea de estado de metilação e comprimento de repetição de CGC. Os métodos são úteis para detecção de genótipos associados com repetições ricas em GC, incluindo Síndrome do X Frágil.
