GÃIS NANOESTRUTURADOS CAPAZES DE LIBERAÃÃO CONTROLADA DE AGENTES ENCAPSULADOS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de géis autoagregados que incluem um agente formador de gel, por exemplo, um agente formador de gel clivável por enzima, por exemplo, tendo um peso molecular de 2500 ou menos. As composições de géis autoagregados podem encapsular um ou mais agentes. Também se descrevem métodos de preparar as composições de géis autoagregados, e métodos de distribuição de fármaco usando as composições de géis autoagregados.
