Abstract
MÉTODO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE UMA POLPA COM ALTO GRAU DE REFINO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de produção de polpas mecânicas a partir de material lignocelulósico, incluindo o desfibramento parcial do material lignocelulósico em uma prensa para lascas seguida de uma impregnação de líquido, o preaquecimento do material lignocelulósico por 20 segundos ou menos em uma pressão compreendida entre 750 e 1200 kPa (7,5 e 12 bar) (manométrica) antes do refino mecânico do material lignocelulósico em um refinador mecânico primário em uma pressão entre 750 e 1200 kPa (7,5 e 12 bar) (manométrica), obtendo-se, assim, uma polpa com alto grau de refino.
