Abstract
DETECÇÃO ULTRASSENSÍVEL DE STREPTOCOCCUS BETA HEMOLÍTICO. A presente invenção é direcionada a um método para a detecção ultrassensível de Streptococcus beta hemolítico, uma bactéria implicada em garganta inflamada, usando-se um marcador de protease específica. Também é divulgado um dispositivo, bem como um biossensor, ambos os quais são úteis para a detecção de Streptococcus beta hemolítico. O biossensor e o dispositivo podem ser usados em conjunção com outros reagentes como parte de um kit para de um kit para detectar garganta inflamada.
