Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES PARA FORNECIMENTO GÁSTRICO DE AGENTES ATIVOS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições, incluindo composições farmacêuticas para administração oral, que compreendem: pelo menos um agente terapeuticamente ativo; pelo menos um agente tensoativo; pelo menos um éster de ácido policarboxilico e/ou pelo menos um éster de um ácido carboxílico aromático; e um meio não aquoso, para uso na absorção gástrica do dito pelo menos um agente terapeuticamente ativo da composição e métodos de administração oral de pelo menos um agente terapeuticamente ativo utilizando as composições da invenção.
