DISPOSITIVO DE INTERFACE DE PACIENTE INCLUINDO UM MECANISMO DINÃMICO DE AUTOAJUSTEUm dispositivo de interface de paciente (8, 8´) para provisão de um fluxo de gás de respiração para as vias aéreas de um paciente inclui um mecanismo de ajuste sulcado (20 ,58 , 78), tendo um corpo principal (22, 60) formado a partir de um elástico, o corpo principal tendo uma superfÃcie externa que tem uma pluralidade de circunvoluções (80) nela providas. Cada circunvolução incluindo um sulco (24, 62, 84) e cada circunvolução tem uma tem uma rigidez associada a ele. As rigidezes associadas com as circunvoluções aumentam de um primeiro lado do corpo principal para um segundo lado do corpo principal.
