Abstract
SISTEMA CONTÍNUO E PROCESSO DE ESTERILIZAÇÃO E ESTABILIZAÇÃO FÍSICA DE FLUIDOS BOMBEÁVEL POR MEIO DE UMA ULTRA ALTA PRESSÃO DE HOMOGENEIZAÇÃO. Sistema contínuo e processo de esterilização e de estabilização física de líquidos bombeáveis, alimentos, ou outro tipo de fluidos, por meio de uma ultra alta pressão de homogeneização (UHPH), compreendendo um primeiro trocador de calor 1 que pré-aquece o fluido a temperatura t entre 40 e 90 C; um ultra homogeneizador 3 através da qual o fluido a temperatura T é introduzida e uma pressão P entre 200 e 600MPa aumentando a sua temperatura até um valor final T; um segundo trocador de calor 4 onde a sua temperatura de refrigeração é ajustada ao valor T; um tanque asséptico 5 que recebe o fluido de refrigerado ao T, e a partir do qual é bombeada por pressão de ar estéril para uma máquina de embalagem asséptica, para a embalagem do produto final.
