NANOPARTÍCULA, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA NANOPARTÍCULA COMPREENDENDO UMA MATRIZ DE ZEÍNA E UM AMINOÁCIDO BÁSICO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA NANOPARTÍCULA COMPREENDENDO UMA MATRIZ DE ZEÍNA, UM AMINOÁCIDO BÁSICO E UM COMPOSTO BIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVO SOLÚVEL EM GORDURA, COMPOSIÇÃO E PRODUTO ALIMENTAR. A presente invenção se refere às nanopartículas para a encapsulação de compostos, à obtenção e ao uso destas. As nanopartículas compreendem uma matriz de zeína e um aminoácido básico. As refereidas nanopartículas podem encapsular um composto biologicamente ativo solúvel em gordura ou solúvel em água. Isso é aplicável no setor de cosméticos, farmacêutico e alimentar e no setor da nanotecnologia.
