Novos oligoésteres de poliglicerol derivados da reação de poliglicerol com uma mistura de mono e diácidos, e também combinações destes novos oligoésteres de poliglicerol monoésteres de poliol conhecidos, particularmente monoésteres de poliglicerol conhecidos são descritos. O uso destes novos novos oligoésteres de poliglicerol e combinações de ésteres como emulsificantes, solubilizantes e/ou espessantes especialmente em formulações para cuidados pessoais é também descrito.
