Abstract
BETA-LACTAMASES MODIFICADAS E MÉTODOS E USOS RELACIONADOS A ELASA presente invenção refere-se aos produtos farmacêuticos e ás beta-lactamases modificadas. Especificamente, a invenção refere-se a novas beta-lactamases recombinantes e composições farmacêuticas compreendendo as beta-lactamases. Da mesma forma, a presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para modificar uma beta-lactamase, produzir a beta-lactamase e tratar ou prevenir efeitos adversos induzidos pelo antibiótico beta-lactâmico. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se à beta-lactamase para uso como medicamento e ao uso da beta-lactamase na fabricação de um medicamento para tratar ou prevenir os efeitos adversos induzidos pelo antibióticos beta-lactâmicos. Ainda adicionalmente, a invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo e a uma célula hospedeira que compreende o polinucleotídeo.
