Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE CACAU EM PÓ. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de cacau em pó que, quando misturada com um volume de açúcar, é dispersível em líquido dos frios, e métodos de produzir e usar tal composição. A composição de cacau em pó compreende, em uma base de peso seco, 75-95% de cacau em pó e 0,05-20% de pelo menos um agente hidrofílico, em que o cacau em pó é revestido com o agente hidrofílico.
