Abstract
PROCESSO DE SEPARAÃÃO DE MEMBRANA DE CASCA DE OVOTrata-se de um sistema e processo para separação de membranas de casca de ovo a partir de cascas de ovo. O sistema e o processo podem utilizar fluxo de ar através de um venturi para pulverizar a casca de ovo e desse modo separar a casca de ovo da membrana. Adicionalmente, em algumas concretizações, o processo também pode extrair umidade da membrana e da casca de ovo. O sistema pode adicionalmente ser configurado para coletar as partÃculas de casca de ovo pulverizada separadamente do material de membrana.
