Abstract
PEPTÍDEO ZEÍNA -GAMA DE PLANTA PARA LIBERAÇÃO DE BIOMOLÉCULAS EM CÉLULAS DE PLANTAS A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de introdução de uma molécula de interesse em uma célula de planta tendo uma parede de célula que inclui interação de um peptídeo zeína-gama com uma molécula de interesse para formar uma estrutura ligada a zeína-gama. A estrutura ligada a zeína-gama é então colocada em contato com a célula de planta tendo uma parede de célula, e permitindo a absorção da estrutura ligada a zeína-gama na célula de planta. Alternativamente, um gene de interesse pode ser expresso em uma célula de planta tendo uma parede de célula intacta através de interação de um peptídeo zeína-gama com o gene de interesse para formação de uma estrutura de gene ligado a zeína-gama , permitindo absorção da estrutura de gene ligado a zeína-gama na célula de planta , e expressando o gene de interesse na célula de planta e sua progênie.
