Abstract
MÉTODO E COMPOSIÇÃO PARA SISTEMA DE FORNECIMENTO DE SABOR DE LONGA DURAÇÃO. A invenção refere-se a uma cápsula de gradiente de sabor que tem envoltórios concêntricos com o sabor aumentando de fora para dentro, para balancear a dessensibilização de receptores de sabor durante uma lenta dissolução dentro da boca. A cápsula tem um núcleo (101) (201) com um flavorizante concentrado, um envoltório interno (102) (202) que circunda substancialmente o núcleo com o mesmo flavorizante em uma concentração mais baixa, e um envoltório externo (103) (202), com o mesmo flavorizante em uma concentração ainda mais baixa. Também descritos métodos para fazer tais cápsulas de gradiente de sabor e produtos oralmente agradáveis que incorporam as mesmas.
