Abstract
PRODUTOS DE CAMA OU DE ASSENTO. Um produto de cama ou de assento (10) compreendendo um núcleo de molas (12) incluindo pelo menos um fio metálico de borda (17, 18) e uma pluralidade de molas helicoidais (14). Cada um dos fios metálicos de borda (17, 18) é geralmente retangular em seção transversal para reduzir os custos de fio metálico sem comprometer resistência à flexão do fio metálico de borda. Cada uma das molas helicoidais (14) pode ser feita de uma única peça de fio metálico tendo uma porção de espiral central (28) definindo um eixo de mola central (A) e terminando em extremidades opostas com espiras de extremidade superior e inferior (30). As molas helicoidais (14) podem ser arranjadas em fileiras (32) e colunas (34) lado a lado e ser conectadas entre si nas extremidade superior e inferiorpor meio de fios metálicos de enlaçamento helicoidais (16).
