Abstract

PORTA GIRATÃRIA DE ESCÃRIAÃ revelada uma porta giratÃ³ria de escÃ³ria resfriada com lÃquido para fornalhas metalÃºrgicas. A porta de escÃ³ria pode girar a partir de cima usando um ou mais mecanismos rÃgidos que permitem que a porta seja movida para dentro e parada em qualquer posiÃ§Ã£o entre uma posiÃ§Ã£o fechada e uma posiÃ§Ã£o aberta. A porta de escÃ³ria tambÃ©m pode incorporar muros de ala dispostos em grande proximidade aos lados da porta de escÃ³ria. Os muros de ala podem minimizar a infiltraÃ§Ã£o de ar na fornalha quando a porta de escÃ³ria estiver em uma posiÃ§Ã£o aberta. A porta de escÃ³ria pode ser disposta em grande proximidade ao coraÃ§Ã£o da fornalha para eliminar problemas associados aos tuneis da porta de escÃ³ria convencional. A porta de escÃ³ria pode ser equipada com um aparelho de fornalha tal como um maÃ§arico ou uma lanÃ§a e pode ser usada para prover acesso ao interior da fornalha e para controlar o fluxo de material para fora da fornalha.
