MICELAS DE GANGLIOSÍDEO COMO UM SISTEMA DE ENTREGA PARA DROGAS HIDROFÓBICAS. Esta invenção descreve composições farmacêuticas solúveis em água incluindo pelo menos uma substância terapeuticamente ativa e pelo menos um composto selecionado a partir dos sialoglicosfingolipídeos, dos glicosfingolipídeos ou uma mistura de sialoglicosfingolípideos e glicosfingolipídeos, em que pelo menos uma das substâncias terapeuticamente ativas é uma droga com características hidrofóbicas. Em particular, são descritas composições estéreis para administração i.v., composto por micelas de nanoglicosfingolipídeos ou glicosfingolipídeos modificados, que podem estar revestidos com albumina em uma forma não covalente a que permitem o transporte e a liberação controlada de moléculas altamente hidrofóbicas.
