Uma cobertura (10) ou elemento de alojamento para um dispositivo eletrônico (12) compreende uma região central (14) e uma região de perímetro (26) circundando a região central (14). A região central (14) compreende um padrão elevado (16) de nervuras radiais (18) e elevações elípticas (20) elevadas acima de uma superfície inferior geralmente plana (22), de forma que a cobertura (10) tenha múltiplos modos vibracionais de ressonância natural em que uma deflexão máxima da cobertura (10) ocorre em um primeiro modo em um ponto central da cobertura (10).
