Abstract
REGULADORES DE TRANSCISÃO PARA MELHORAR DESEMPENHO DE PLANTA. Polinucleotídeos e polipeptídeos incorporados de fator de transcrição incorporados em constructos de ácido nucleico, incluindo vetores de expressão, foram introduzidos em plantas e foram ectopicamente expressados. As plantas transgênicas transformadas com muitos destes constructos demonstraram ter tolerânica aumentada a tensão abiótica (em alguns casos, a mais de uma tensão abiótica), crescimento e/ou biomassa elevada. A tensão abi[otica pode incluir, por exemplo, sa, tensão hiperosmótica, déficit de água, calor, frio, seca e/ou condições de baixo nutriente.
