Um óleo de motor automotivo e/ou combustível que compreende uma matéria-prima de base e um aditivo polimérico orgânico redutor de atrito é reivindicado. Um método para reduzir o atrito em um óleo de motor automotivo e/ou combustível pela adição do aditivo polimérico orgânico redutor de atrito à matéria-prima de base também é reivindicado.
