Abstract
MARINADAS PARA CARNES E FRUTOS DO MAR CONTENDO METABOLITOS NATURAIS. Esta invenção é dirigida a uma composição e aplicação de marinadas que contenham, como ingredientes ativos essencias, uma combinação de sais orgênicos derivados por fermentação de açucares. O resultado de todas as marinadas naturais melhoram substancialmente o rendimento de comida, suculência, sabor e cor na carne e no marisco, de uma maneira surpreendentemente eficaz.
