ÓLEO COMESTÍVEL REFINADO COM ALTOR TEOR CONSTITUINTES BENÉFICOS E MÉTODOS PARA REFINO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para a produção de óleo de farelo de arroz refinado que incluem uma etapa(s) de tratamento cásutico em uma quantidade que seja menor que ou igual à quantidade teórica de cásutico requerida para neutralziar praticamente todos os ácidos graxos livres de farelo de arroz, mas evitando a adição de cáustico em excesso. Um objetivo é reter um alto nível de orizanol no óleo refinado.
