Abstract
MÃTODO PARA PRESERVAÃÃO DE LIMÃO RECÃM-CORTADO. A invenção refere-se a um método para a conservação de limão fresco cortado, compreendendo pelo menos os seguintes passos: (a) a adição de um lÃquido de cobertura ao invólucro do recipiente, abrangendo as porções de limão cortado, o dito lÃquido combinando suco de limão, suco de lima, ácido ascórbico, ácido cÃtrico, metabissulfito de sódio e sal, (b) a desaeração do lÃquido de cobertura e (c) de embalagem a vácuo.
