Abstract
ARQUITETURA DE RECEPTOR ÓPTICO INTEGRADO PARA APLICAÇÕES DE I/O ÓPTICAS DE ALTA VELOCIDADE.A presente invenção trata de uma arquitetura de receptor óptico integrado que pode ser usada para acoplar luz entre uma fibra de múltiplos modos (MMF) e um chip de silício que inclui integração de um demultiplexador de silício e um fotodetector de Ge de alta velocidade. A arquitetura proposta pode ser usada para ambos os links ópticos com base em multiplexação por divisão de comprimento de onda (WDM) e paralela com uma taxa de dados de 25 Gb/s e maior.
