Abstract
MASCARAMENTO DE SABOR RESIDUAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de mascaramento de um sabor residual amargo experimentado no consumo de uma composição consumível, incluindo a adição na composição de uma quantidade mascarante de cloreto de colina. A proporção requerida é consideravelmente menos que a proporção de cloreto de colina usada como um suplemento dietético.
