MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO DE CAFÉ A presente invenção se refere a um processo para obter um precipitado rico em manose-oligossacarídeos (MOS) de café, o método compreendendo as etapas de: (i) fornecer um hidrolisado contendo MOS derivado de um material de resíduo de extração de café;(ii) contatar o hidrolisado contendo MOS com um solvente orgênico para formar uma suspensão; e (iii) e recuperar um precipitado.
