Abstract
AÇO PARA MOLA COM ALTA RESISTÊNCIAÉ fornecido um aço para mola que contém 0,15-0,40% de carbono, 1-3,5% de silício, 0,20-2,0% de manganês, 0,05-1,20% de crômio, no máximo 0,030% de fósforo, no máximo 0,02% de enxofre, e pelo menos um seguinte: 0,005-0,10% de titânio, 0,005-0,05% de nióbio, e no máximo 0,25% de vanádio. O restante do referido aço para mola compreende ferro e impurezas inevitáveis. O equivalente de carbono (Ceq1) do aço para mola fornecido, como calculado pela fórmula (1), é no máximo 0,55. (1) Ceq1=[C]+0,108x[SI]-0, 067x[Mn]+0,024x[Cr]-0,05x[Ni]+0,074x[V] (Na fórmula (1), cada símbolo entre colchetes representa o conteúdo (percentual em massa) do elemento correspondente.)
