O substrato sólido poroso dissolúvel tem um revestimento residente na superfície que compreende de cerca de 25% a cerca de 70% de um material derivado de amido, de cerca de 5% a cerca de 60% de um condicionador de tensoativo catiônico, e de cerca de 5% a cerca de 60% de um perfume, que pode fornecer um benefício ao consumidor.
