COMPOSIÇÃO DE REMOÇÃO E OXIGÊNIO PARA APLICAÇÃO EM ACONDICIONAMENTO DE ALIMENTOS, ARTIGO E, USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO DE REMOÇÃO DE OXIGÊNIO. Uma composição de remoção de oxigênio compreendendo (I) uma resina polimérica, (II) um aditivo de oxidação metalorgânico com base em um complexo de amina e metal de transição quelante aromático ou não aromático, (III) um substrato oxidável sacrificial, e opcionalmente (IV) remoção de oxigênio e o uso da dita composição de remoção de oxigênio no acondicionamento de alimentos.
