Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO DE GESSO RESISTENTE À ÁGUA. O produto é produzido a a partir de uma dispersão de sulfato de cálcio aquosa endurecível que tem uma razão de água para sólidos menor que 0,4 a 1, e te distribuída através da mesma corpos ocos de peso leve tendo superfícies impermeáveis à água (tais como esferas de poliestireno expandido). A dispersão contém um cimento hidratável (tal como sulfoaluminato de cálcio) que é capaz de hidratação na presença da dispersão de sulfato de cálcio. O cimento hidratável é tal que reage com água em excesso na dispersão assim aumentando a resistência à água do produto resultante.
