Abstract
ELEMENTO DESLIZANTE SINTERIZADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um novo elemento deslizante sinterizado de resistÊncia térmica, resistência à corrosão e resistência ao desgaste superior. O elemento deslizante sinterizado da presente invenção inclui 7,7 - 30,3% de Cu, 2,0 - 20% de Sn e 0,3 - 7,0% de nitreto de boro em massa, com o restante composto por Ni e impurezas inevitávies. O elemento deslizante sinterizado também pode incluir 0,1 - 3,0% de Cu, ou 0,1 - 0,7% de P. A porosidade do elemento deslizante sinterizado é de 5 - 25%.
