Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um concentrado alimentar salgado granular que compreende de 10 a 65% em peso de sal, de 1 a 20% em peso de extrato de levedura e de 10 a 50% em peso de farinha, amido ou uma mistura dos mesmos, em que o concentrado alimentar granular não está em um estado vÃtreo.
