A invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para o controle de uma articulação de órteses ou prótese artificial de uma extremidade inferior com um dispositivo de resistência, ao qual está associado ao menos um atuador, pelo qual é variada a resistência de flexão e/ou extensão em função dos dados de sensor, sendo que durante o uso da articulação informações de estado são disponibilizzados por sensores.
