Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE MICROCÃNULAA invenção provê ferramentas, materiais e métodos relacionados para cirurgicamente acessar o espaço supracoroidal de um olho, para a finalidade de realizar cirurgia minimamente invasiva ou para suprir drogas ao olho. A invenção provê um dispositivo de microcânula ou microcateter flexÃvel (11, 13), que pode ser colocado dentro do espaço supracoroidal (12, 14) através de uma pequena incisão (12A) dos tecidos sobrejacentes, manipulado para dentro da região apropriada do espaço e em seguida ativado para tratar tecidos adjacentes à ponta distal do dispositivo.
