A invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de um tecido orgânico acelular de uma origem humana ou animal para a revitalização, em particular para a introdução de células vivas, compreendendo uma etapa na qual um tecido orgânico acelular (2; 12) é fornecido com uma pluralidade de furos (4; 14) feitos através de sua superfÃcie (8; 18) e se estendendo em direção ao interior do tecido (2; 12), sendo que a pluralidade de furos (4; 14) é feita por meio de uma ou mais agulhas. Os furos (4; 14) cruzam parcialmente, formando assim furos (4; 14) parcialmente em comunicação uns com os outros.
